    In our new, refurbished building we offer 1-4 bed rooms mostly all with own bathroom and kitchenette. We also offer many amenities such as our TV and Game Room or the small gym. Here you can relax together with the other residents, the end of the day comfortably, or sporty. The offer of snacks and drinks will cater for your physical well-being. In the small bistro shop you can buy the most important everyday products, such as Buy detergent. In the laundry and drying room you can use the modern machines for a fee. If you are traveling without a car, there is a bus stop right outside the door. For residence registration sufficient letterboxes are available.

    You have the possibility to book the rooms by request on this website, by email, by phone or directly on site. Visits are possible by appointment. We can also accommodate larger groups in the long term. Ideal for fitters, students and all those looking for cheap apartments.

    Located in the Mannheim harbor area next to the Jungbusch you live very centrally, but at the same time with enough space. The Barviertel Jungbusch is within easy walking distance. Shops for daily needs can be found in the nearby city center or Jungbusch. Along the Güterhallenstraße there are numerous parking facilities.

    The traffic connection is very good. Via the Bundesstraße 44 and the Mannheim Parkring, which are just a short distance away, you will soon be able to reach all major highways and federal highways. A bus stop is right outside the door.
